I am a fine art photographer living and working in N.Ireland. I grew up on a farm in a rural part of Co.Tyrone and probably developed my love of nature and the great outdoors during these formative wellie wearing years. Photography enables me to combine my love of art, nature, and getting my feet wet!

Up until 2012 I had a career working in education as a Lecturer in Communication, a busy and demanding job that I enjoyed tremendously. Then I developed depression. So what started as a hobby has become my therapy in a battle with, and journey through, a condition which is often misunderstood. Its a condition I must learn to live with. I am by nature a positive person and an optimistic one. So the journey continues.................

In 2011 I completed a Masters in Fine Art Photography at the University of Ulster and have exhibited in a number of group exhibitions. In 2015, I was the only artist from N.Ireland invited to participate in Spring Fling (Scotland's premier art and craft trail)
